AI Video Prompt: Space Ferris Wheel Transformation

A stylized 3D, cinematic vertical video (9:16) of a massive, giant Ferris wheel floating in outer space. The wheel has a metallic silver lattice structure and enclosed cabins glowing with bright red/orange neon lights. The video begins with an angled, oblique side view of the wheel. Behind it is a massive, swirling black hole or galaxy vortex with a bright white center. Below the wheel is the Earth's blue atmospheric horizon and glowing night city lights. The camera then smoothly transitions to a straight-on, front-facing view, making the Ferris wheel appear as a perfect circle. In this front view, inside the circular frame of the wheel, a gigantic, dramatic cumulonimbus thunderstorm cloud is revealed, hovering over the Earth's night surface. The top background is a starry deep space. The transition is seamless and smooth. High contrast lighting, epic scale, hyper-detailed 3D render, no glitches, consistent structure.
